(02) The opportunity
The U.S. market no longer runs only through distributors.
U.S. consumers spent more than $340 billion online in a single quarter of 2026. Online sales are growing almost twice as fast as total retail and now account for about one dollar in six.

(03) Two ways to enter
Don't build the most expensive version of your U.S. business first.
| # | Traditional first move | Online-first first move |
|---|---|---|
| (01) | Traditional first moveSecure distributors, offices, retail buyers and shelf space before meaningful demand data exists. | Online-first first moveLaunch through selected digital channels and measure demand before broad physical expansion. |
| (02) | Traditional first moveLarger fixed commitments and longer feedback cycles. | Online-first first moveStaged spending and fast, SKU-level feedback. |
| (03) | Traditional first moveWholesale orders show sell-in, not always consumer behavior. | Online-first first moveSearch, traffic, conversion, reviews, returns and repeat purchases reveal how consumers respond. |
| (04) | Traditional first moveRetail geography may limit initial reach. | Online-first first moveNationwide digital availability through selected channels, supported by U.S. fulfillment. |
| (05) | Traditional first moveProduct, message and price changes are slow. | Online-first first moveListings, creative, offers, audiences and assortment can be tested and improved. |
| (06) | Traditional first moveGrowth depends on intermediary approval and terms. | Online-first first moveYou build demand evidence and negotiate later distribution from a stronger position. |
Online-first reduces upfront commitment by validating demand and unit economics before broader expansion. It does not remove the need for compliance, landed-cost planning, inventory or customer acquisition.
(04) What we operate
One partner. Five disciplines. One U.S. operation.
(01)

(07) Questions
What manufacturers ask us first.
How do I know if my product can sell in the U.S.?
We start with an assessment of demand, competitors, price bands, landed costs, channel fees, advertising and returns. The question is not only whether the product can generate revenue, but whether it earns an acceptable contribution margin in the U.S.
Which channel should we launch first?
It depends on your category, your economics and how your customers buy. Amazon captures existing demand, Walmart adds reach, a Shopify store gives you control of the brand and customer data, and TikTok Shop suits products that sell through creators. Most brands start with one or two channels and expand with evidence.
Does the $800 duty-free de minimis exemption still apply?
No. Since August 29, 2025, goods valued at $800 or less from all countries generally lost duty-free de minimis treatment, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. That is why duties, taxes and fees belong in your landed-cost model from day one.
Who is responsible for customs and compliance?
The importer of record remains responsible for accurate entry documentation, duties, taxes and fees, even when a customs broker is used (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). Requirements also vary by product and agency, such as the FDA or CPSC. We coordinate documentation, labeling review and qualified specialists; we do not replace them.
How long does it take to launch?
Assessment and design take about two weeks, and the launch phase runs from week 3 to week 8—provided compliance, inventory, content and accounts are ready. Traction and optimization continue from month 2.
Do you guarantee sales or ROAS?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, sales or ROAS. What we bring is a disciplined testing system across audience, creative, offer, product page, price and channel, measured against acquisition cost and contribution margin.
What happens after the first call?
We meet for 30–45 minutes to understand your product and goals. Within 72 hours you receive a diagnosis, a U.S. entry plan and an economic proposal. If it makes sense for both sides, we start with the assessment phase.
