(02) Our role

We operate the feedback loop between the U.S. consumer and the manufacturer.

Opening an account is not the hard part of market entry. Maintaining the interaction among demand, inventory, advertising, fulfillment, listings, pricing, returns and cash flow after launch is.

(03) The feedback loop

Every data point has an owner.

A manufacturer should not only hear that U.S. sales grew. It should know whether those sales created acceptable margin, what caused the growth, what constrained it and whether more inventory should be committed.

  • Sales data tells purchasing what to replenish
  • Search and conversion data tell marketing what customers value
  • Returns tell the product team where expectations are misaligned
  • Advertising data shows which demand can be acquired economically
  • Inventory data tells management how much capital to commit

(07) Questions

About monthly operations.

What does the monthly report include?

Sales, TACoS and ACoS on Amazon, ROAS on advertising, conversion and inventory, with the decisions we recommend for the next month.

Do you report revenue or real profitability?

Both, with the focus on contribution margin. Marketplace revenue can hide weak economics, so every report connects sales with fees, fulfillment, advertising and returns.

Can you help us move into wholesale or retail later?

Yes. Once online demand is proven, the scale phase can include broader B2B distribution, using the sales history and data built online to negotiate from a stronger position.
